Just before the holiday break our crews installed a massive 10 inch caliper Sugar Maple tree in Summit NJ. The root ball alone was just under 8 feet wide and we estimated the weight of the tree to be just under 10,000 pounds. It’s a slow and steady process planting a large tree!
